We are always looking to expand the countries we ship to. We can currently offer shipping to the countries listed above. We’d love to hear from you if you aren’t currently able to receive a delivery from us.
What couriers do you use?
In Australia, we use a combination of couriers, such as Couriers Please & Fastway along with Australia Post. If you have requested to use a PO box or a parcel locker we will need to ship your order via AusPost.
International shipping we use DHL, UPS or Fedex tracked shipping
Regardless of location, we reserve the right to determine the best courier for your delivery at our sole discretion. If you have a preference please leave a note with your order which we will endeavour to honour. Please keep in mind it isn’t always possible to ship your order with your preferred option.
Do you send a shipping confirmation and tracking number?
Yes, where your order is trackable we will send a tracking number and shipping confirmation. This is only possible if you provide a valid email address. Often these notifications can be caught be spam filters so please check if you haven’t received your shipping notification.

How long do orders take to process?
If your items are in stock they will generally ship the same day if ordered before 10am AEST.
Can I redirect my order once it is shipped?
Once an order is marked as complete it has been processed and has begun making it’s way to you. Unfortunately, once we have shipped it couriers haven’t been able to redirect a parcel in transit. If you have made a mistake and the order has shipped please contact us and we will try to help you out. Just keep in mind you are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct.
I think my order is lost?
We recommend the following steps
Check the status of your order online with the tracking number
Check your mail box to make sure you haven’t missed the courier
If the status isn’t available or doesn’t look right and you haven’t missed the delivery please call the company delivering as they will be able to provide the most accurate location of your parcel
